Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Our Kundali reports are custom-generated digital products. Once we receive your birth data and payment, we immediately begin generating your personalised report. Because this is a digital product that is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can, all sales are final.
When a Refund Will Be Issued
We will issue a full refund only in the following situations:
- We are unable to generate or deliver your report within 48 hours of receiving your birth data and payment.
- A duplicate payment was charged due to a technical error.
- Your payment was processed but we did not receive your birth data and are unable to contact you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if the report has not yet been generated. To request a cancellation, email us at support@kundalireport.online immediately after placing your order. Once the report has been generated and sent, cancellation is not possible.
How to Request a Refund (Eligible Cases Only)
Email support@kundalireport.online with:
- Your order details and payment reference number.
- The reason for the refund request.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or Razorpay without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please contact us first.
